We are looking for creative, highly motivated, energetic individuals to join our committee of over thirty members that are involved in all aspects of planning the event, which will be held on April 16, 2010 at the Aqua Turf in Plantsville, CT. Whether you are interested in working the event, decorating, acquiring donations for our auction, ad journal, sponsorships or ticket sales, come join us. We meet once a month for dinner and discuss our progress and brainstorm ideas. We could use you to help us make this event a great success and help those suffering with lung disease. There is no training or limitations. We ask that you be available to take part in the committee meetings once a month for approximately 1 1/2 hours. We look forward to working with you. This opportunity is sponsored by: American Lung Association of CT

I had a great time volunteering with my friends at ALA's stair climb. For a first time event, they did a great job and boy--can those people climb stairs! posted on May 21, 2008 |
