Volunteer Opportunity - Greeter

Volunteer Opportunity Details:

Greet guests in a friendly and welcoming manner.

Escort guests to their designated destination as necessary.

Be aware of scheduled appointments. Offer coffee and literature and make party aware that their appointment has arrived.

Be aware of daily activities and direct tenants as needed.

Deliver flowers to apartments when requested.

Assist tenants in making phone calls as requested.

Good problem solving skills and ability to think quickly.

Confirm that all Private Duty Aides and Companions who enter the building have appropriate name badge and sign in. Request to see their nametag.

Direct visitors to guest parking area and assist with instructions.
