Volunteer Opportunity Details:

We are looking for a volunteer to answer telephones and confirm eligibility or refer to another agency.We have a high volume of phone calls which ties up existing support staff and creates significant problems when existing staff are absent due to prolonged illness or extended vacations.

Volunteers would need to have basic phone skills and would need training on our specific office procedures and guidelines.
