Volunteer Opportunity - Auctions Assistant

Volunteer Opportunity Details:

Habitot needs help seeking out donation items for auctions. Auctions are a great way for Habitot’s earn revenue as well as to get the community engaged for a good cause! Not only will this position help out Habitot, you will be helping yourself as well! This is a tremendous learning opportunity in fundraising skills and networking. Use your public relation skills to solicit donations from your favorite Bay Area shops, services and restaurants while meeting other volunteers interested in non-profit administration. Don’t pass up this opportunity to build upon the skills you already have and volunteer with an organization that is making a difference in the lives of local children!

A volunteer who understand fundraising strategy and has donation solicitation and/or marketing experience would thrive in this position.
