ESC’s volunteer consultants and coaches use their professional skills to address organizational issues facing nonprofits organizations and schools. While requirements for each assignment vary, on average consultants will be involved with a client for approximately six hours per month for four to six months.

Skills needed for this program include project management, facilitation, and planning. Proficiency with Word is needed and nonprofit experience will be an advantage.

The Executive Service Corps of Washington State is now recruiting volunteers to serve agencies in Lewis, Mason, and Thurston Counties.
