After a very successful Gala, it is time to start planning for our next Gala--we need your involvement! About Arts to Grow: Arts to Grow partners with schools and community organizations to bring after-school classes in the visual, performing arts and literary arts to young people with limited access to learning through the arts. To learn more visit www.artstogrow.org Skilled volunteers are the life blood of Arts to Grow. All our work outside the classroom is accomplished through the great work of volunteers and pro-bono service providers. Our annual Gala is run entirely by a team of committed volunteers. The proceeds of this event are a critical part of Arts to Grow's annual financial support. This year, we've created a volunteer structure that provides opportunities to make the best use of each person's skills and efforts. Our timeline for projects begins now--and extends to the event date TBA (tentatively set for late March-mid April). Team Members: There will be various teams dedicated to the Gala planning. We are looking for Team Members to be a part of our Venue/Catering team which will be responsible for identifying and booking appropriate Venue and Catering opportunities for our annual Gala. Event planning experience would be helpful but not required. We are looking for people who are motivated and committed to our mission of bringing arts education to the underserved New York youth. Feel free to reach out to the Gala Coordinator Jessica LaRotta: Jessica.larotta@gmail.com or the Project Leader Natasha Kosoff: Natasha.kosoff@gmail.com Thanks so much for viewing this opportunity. We look forward to working with you on the Arts to Grow Gala!
