Volunteers needed to help staff the historic Clara Barton Building on Ft. Bliss. The Service to the Armed Forces (SAF) program at Ft. Bliss help service members and their families communicate and find help in time of need. Applicants should have a high school diploma or equivalent and be able to pass a background check. This opportunity is sponsored by: American Red Cross El Paso
