Volunteer Opportunity Details:

Families with children can often use a break. During the week working parents know that their child is well-cared for and having fun at our after school program from 3 Pm to 5 PM, and on Saturday we offer respite service from 10 AM to 3 PM. Children with developmental disabilities have the opportunity to interact and hone their social skills. Our staff meets the needs of the children who require personal care and assistance. Volunteers are needed to help with snacks, play games, and interact with children. During the summer months volunteers may be asked to accompany some children and staff on day trips.

This is a fully supervised volunteer position and is ideal for anyone who enjoys interacting with children.
