Hosts serve 3 hour shifts greeting guests at Carpinteria Valley Arts Council's gallery, 855 at the Arts Center. The gallery is located at 855 Linden Avenue in Carpinteria. Hosts answer questions, make sales, answer the phone, open and close the gallery. The gallery is open from 10am - 4 pm, Friday through Monday. Hosts must attend a 30 minute training session. Our physical location is 855 Linden Avenue, Carpinteria, CA, 93013. From highway 101 southbound, exit Linden Avenue. Turn right and drive 3 blocks to our site. From highway 101 northbound, exit Casitas Pass Road. Turn left and drive one block to Carpinteria Avenue. Turn right and drive five blocks to Linden Avenue. Turn left on Linden and drive two blocks to our site.
