Volunteer Opportunity Details:

To maintain quality programs at The Milwaukee Center For Independence we require departments to survey the clients they serve. Volunteers will call clients that our agency serves and inquire about the quality of service they have received. Volunteers will ask several written questions and write down the answers. This opportunity can be done from home or you may call from our agency. Training is available to help familiarize the volunteer with the questions.

The volunteer should have a clear speaking voice. He or She should be able to write or print the answers clearly. We will train the volunteer and review all of the documents before a volunteer starts to call.
