Volunteer Opportunity Details:

Put a smile on someone's face by offering to run errands for those who can no longer drive due too their life limiting illness. Hospice and Palliative Care volunteers complete a comprehensive training so they will feel comfortable serving patients and their families.

Must be at least 18 years of age.
Valid driver's license and current auto insurance.
Complete application, background check, training, placement interview, and orientation, as necessary.
Complete health clearance, including TB test, after completion of training.

This is the mailing address for Evergreen Hospice Services. The training will be at our inpatient hospice center near Evergreen Hospital in Kirkland and volunteer opportunities are available at the hospice center, our administrative offices, and throughout King and Snohomish Counties.
