Volunteer Opportunity Details:

The Support Services Volunteers offer a variety of assistance in support of the Hospice program. Services include but are not limited to:
- Front Desk Reception at Evergreen Hospice Center or Evergreen Home Care Services Office
- Hospitality services aid in preparation of memorial services, volunteer support meetings, hospice core training, tours of the facility, etc.
- Clerical assistance in filing, collating forms, copying, etc.
- Medical Records Assistance at Evergreen Home Care Services Office.
Complete application, background check, training, placement interview, and orientation as required.
Complete health clearance, including TB test, after completion of training.
Age 18 or over.
