Facilities Maintenance Division

To provide high quality maintenance and repair services with in-house and contracted staff to over 90 County facilities, so they are safe, functional, comfortable, and energy-efficient for employees and citizens.

Description:
Staff consists of: 13 skilled trades workers (carpenters; mechanics; HVAC technicians); 6 stationary watch engineers (shift work) for 24-hr operation of the courthouse and jail; 4 administrative staff, including dispatcher; and 4 managers/supervisors.
