International Student Exchange is a non-profit exchange student program building tomorrow's leaders at home and abroad.

Description:
ISE provides opportunities for caring American families to open their loving homes to an exchange student during a high school year. The foreign exchange students have the opportunity to involve themselves as one of the family, establish friendships, share cultures and customs.

History:
Founded in 1982.
Headquarters in Babylon, NY.
Designed by the Department of State Exchange Visitor Program.
Granted listing by CSIET (Counsel on Standards for International Educational Travel) each year since inception.
Issues form DS-2019 to all qualifying participants so that they can obtain their J-1 Visa to enter the United States.
