The mission of the Teen and Family Counseling Center is to provide affordable and accessible counseling to teens and families and to facilitate positive changes in their lives.

Description:
Professionally supervised Marriage and Family Therapy and Social Worker interns and trainees offer counseling services to the community at our low cost, sliding fee clinic in Campbell and through the TFCC Counselor-on-Campus program at local elementary, middle and high schools. Counselors work with clients to address some ot today's most common and complex issues such as substance abuse, mood related issues, family conflict, relationship issues and stress.

History:
For more than 26 years the Teen and Family Counseling Center has been serving the communities of Campbell, Los Gatos, Saratoga and San Jose. TFCC has grown from a 2 room counseling clinic in Los Gatos to its current 4 room facility in Campbell. By the end of the 2008/2009 school year TFCC had conducted over 6,800 counseling sessions in the school and clinic settings. A simple request was made by the Los Gatos High School students in 1983 - " we need someone to listen to us". TFCC continues to listen.
