Description:
Compassionate Care offers a complete team of health care professionals to provide care to patients with life limiting illnesses. These include Hospice Physicians, Nurses, Social Workers, Chaplains, Bereavement Counselors, Nurses Aides and volunteers. Our Goal is to manage pain and symptoms, provide daily assisted living aides, offer phsycosocial and spiritual care, and to facilitate a peaceful and meaningful experience of end of life care.
History:
Compassionate Care has five offices in the state of Texas, and many other sites around the country. Our state of Texas locations include, Houston, Cleveland, Woodlands, Dickenson and Beaumont, Covering nearly all of the Gulf Coast Region of Texas.
