Edgerton Women's Health Center is a non-profit agency. Edgerton Women's Health Center is a place where all women in the Quad Cities have access to obstetrics and gynecological care, providing quality prenatal and gynecological services to all women.

Description:
Comprehensive prenatal and postpartum care and gynecology for all women. Accepting new patients. Sliding fee scale applies to those who qualify, except prenatal care. Accepting private insurance and Iowa and Illinois Medicare for services. Nutrition consultation with W.I.C. supplemental food program for women, infants and children. Menopausal concerns, focusing on the specific health needs of women age 35 and over. Education/outreach programs for youth and adults, including relationship education. Professional staff includes OB/GYN board certified physicians, nurse practitioners, registered nurses, nutrition experts, health educator and outreach coordinator.

History:
The center is named in honor of its founder,
Dr. Dow Edgerton, who in 1972 envisioned a place where all women in the Quad Cities would have access to obstetrics and gynecological care. Since then, Edgerton Women's Health Center has provided quality care and education for women of all ages throughout life's transitions.
