Our Vision and mission is to help in eliminating homelessness among the Veteran Community. To give them back the dignity and self worth so they can get back into the community and become a productive citizen within that community.
Description:
We provide a safe and clean enviroment of homeless Veterans in transitional housing units. We coordinate our effort with all the VA Medical Centers,Homeless Shelters and other agencies dealing with the Homeless population, especially the homeless Veteran population.
We provide counseling, provide food,healthcare and process any VA or agency benefits.
History:
WE have been in existence since 1987. We have six homes across Pa.. With four in Coraopolis, One in Ephrata and one in Philadelphia. We can house a total of sixteen Veterans.Our success rate has been in the 80% range. We have expanded our services to enclude Job Fairs and placement as well.
